Mike is an excellent coach and mentor for the youngsters. Some coaches are born with the ability to make kids laugh while maintaining discipline, and Mike has that gift. As our Summer Coordinator, he brings a freshness to the academy and to the kids each year.

Coach Mike is no stranger to OSSA Tennis Academy as he's one of our recent graduates. Mike played college tennis at Christopher Newport University and he's now studying to become a teacher at the University of Maryland.

Mike joins OSSA to help run our Championship Team and Developmental Team practices at all locations. "As a coach, I provide a style of coaching that is challenging while also encouraging enjoyment of the sport. Through my time as a player, I've trained at many different academies and I use many of the different methods and coaching styles from my past coaches on the court."
