OSSA's Full Time Program consists of a rigorous training schedule Monday through Friday for 12 months a year. The player has a choice of using an online school program of their choice or OSSA coaches can help guide you with the programs we use. OSSA players have gone with various curriculums as academic options and those programs helped our players prepare for the following colleges and universities: Stanford, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, University of Tennessee, University of Florida, University of Virginia, among others. Please note: (i.e. Maryland) have stricter requirements for graduation and do not accept all online academic programs.
A normal day during the Full Time Program will consist of:
- Individuals with National Coaches for All-Inclusive Package players.
- Practice #1 will be a morning practice that will be in small group form with all National Coaches and some individual or semi-private work.
- Practice #2 starts in the afternoon (by 4:00pm) in small group form with all National Coaches with some individual or semi-private work.
- Coach Austin Yannone will guide the athletes through a 1 hour fitness routine that includes track workouts, core strengthening, weight training, speed workouts, followed by a cool down with a proper stretching routine per day
- Combination 1-hour lunch and 2-hour study block time per day
- 1-hour film study and mental toughness training is included
- Recovery and nutrition education by our fitness & nutrition expert for training blocks, pre-tournament, competition in tournament, and post-tournament time periods
Full Time Program: Online
All-Inclusive
$4000 per month (10 Months)
- Individuals with National Coaches + small group workouts
- Training 6 days per week including individuals, small concentrated groups, Full Time Program and specialized workouts on weekends
- Personalized workouts with our fitness expert and nutrition plan & education
- Weekend workouts are included when not competing in tournaments
- OSSA Coaches will travel to Easter Bowl, L1 National Clay Courts, L1 National Hard Courts, Orange Bowl and L1 Winter Nationals
- Summer Training is separate.
Full Time Program: Online II
Contracted
$3500 per month (10 Months)
- 1 Individual with National Coach per week + small group workouts
- Training 6 days per week including small concentrated groups, Full Time Program and specialized workouts on weekends
- Group practices Monday through Friday
- Personalized workouts with our fitness expert and nutrition plan & education
- Weekend workouts are included when not competing in tournaments
- OSSA Coaches will travel to Easter Bowl, L1 National Clay Courts, L1 National Hard Courts, Orange Bowl and L1 Winter Nationals
- Summer training is separate.
Full Time Program: After School
Abbreviated School Schedule Necessary
$2500 per month
- This schedule is intended for student-athletes with a pre-approved "Abbreviated Academic Schedule"
- 1 Individual with National Coach per week + small group workouts
- Training 5 days per week including small concentrated groups, Full Time Program and specialized workouts on weekends
- Personalized workouts with our fitness expert and nutrition plan & education
- Weekend workouts are included when not competing in tournaments
- After School Program clinics are included during the weekdays
- OSSA Coaches will travel to Easter Bowl, L1 National Clay Courts, L1 National Hard Courts, Orange Bowl and L1 Winter Nationals
- Summer training is separate.
After School Program
3 Practices Per Week
$1500 per month
- Training 3 days per week including small concentrated groups and specialized workouts on weekends
- Personalized workouts with our fitness expert and nutrition plan & education
