Vince Pulupa
Collin joined the OSSA coaching staff in September of 2024 after spending decades competing and coaching in the Mid-Atlantic area. Collin grew up in Olney, MD and played #1 singles at Bullis School in Potomac, MD all 4 years and reached #4 in the USTA National Rankings. After juniors, Collin played Division I tennis for the University of West Virginia where he was a 4-time All-Atlantic First Team selection. He also attended Virginia Commonwealth University and finished school at University of Maryland.

After his college career, Collin spent 4 years competing at the professional level and traveled with Paul Goldstein (ATP #58) on the ATP tour as a travel coach and hitting partner. Collin has spent time coaching tennis in the Mid-Atlantic area for many years and, most recently, was Head Coach of Coach1Parker Tennis Academy in the Frederick, MD region.
Collin will oversee all training teams at OSSA and will work closely with the National Team, Developmental Team and Championship Team. Collin lives with his son, Jonah, in Frederick, MD and also spends time with his oldest son Dyllin when he's in town. Outside of tennis, golf is his passion and our OSSA Foursome just got stronger!
