The OSSA National Team is an Invite-Only group that the OSSA National Coaches select based on a number of criteria. Select criteria includes, but is not limited to, the following:
OSSA National Coaches reserve the right to add or subtract any players on the National Team at any time.

The new High Performance Team gives each player who qualifies the opportunity to train with Mateo Cevallos, the Director of High Performance, and the OSSA High Performance Staff.
OSSA redesigned its programs to match the increased number of players who wish to train like the national-caliber players we are known for in the United States. The training regimen and tournament preparation will mirror that of the OSSA National Team each day/week as the coaches help the HP players forge their own paths to national level tournaments.
This program is geared toward 12s, 14s and 16s age groups.
The High Performance Team is select-only and each player must be approved by Coach Vince Pulupa and Coach Mateo Cevallos.

If a player chooses this competitive pathway, he/she is looking to play high school tennis and/or compete in local & regional tournaments. OSSA offers players top coaching with a lot of point play and live ball situations in the clinics.
Players are expected to compete in live ball drills and have solid experience in point play and competitive matches at the Junior Team Tennis, middle school or high school levels, and/or have tournament experience in USTA/MAS.
Most practices will be live ball in order to accelerate improvement and players are encouraged to take private lessons to improve technical aspects of their games.
The goal(s) for the Championship Team is to have players aim for the following milestones:
The OSSA National Coaches reserve the right to add/subtract any players to/from the Championship Team at any point during the year.

The Junior Team is designed for 10U players just getting started with the game and looking to build a foundation to grow into the sport.
We use a program that features Orange & Green Dot balls and graduate the players to yellow ball when ready.
Players will need to bring a junior sized racquet and proper athletic footwear.
Junior racquets are also available at the tennis center.
The Junior Team (Intermediate) is designed for players of all ages who are beginners-intermediate to the game. We will focus on stroke production and learning the game to potentially make a high school team or to learn tennis for our future. Players do not have to have competitive aspirations to join this group training.
Players will need to bring an adult sized racquet (27 inches) and proper athletic footwear.
Demo racquets are also available at the tennis center.
